Do you handle customs clearance?

We work with licensed clearing agents rather than clearing goods ourselves. Import duties, VAT and any product approvals remain your responsibility as the importer, and we will point you at the right people early rather than late.

What size orders do you work with?

Smaller consignments, typically for retailers and online stores buying stock. If you are moving full containers regularly, a dedicated freight forwarder will serve you better and we will say so.

Is this separate from your web design work?

Yes, it is a separate service, though plenty of clients use both — we build the online store and help stock it. Either works on its own.
